Clinic Fee and Registration
The advance registration fee for the clinic is $85.00. To register on-line go to http://www.custommeetingplanners.com/MTCCCA/ . The on-site registration fee is $95.00. The fee includes clinic attendance, clinic notes, Hall of Fame Luncheon and you 2008 MTCCCA dues. Continental Breakfast on Friday and Saturday, as well as the lunch on Friday are included in the registration fee. All attendees will receive a confirmation number and invoice (if applicable) by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact Jamie Schieber (573) 445-2965 to confirm you are registered.

Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Select Executive Center for the MTCCCA Clinic until November 8, 2007. The discounted room rate is $76.95 per room per night for 1-4 persons per room. Make your reservations by calling the Holiday Inn Select directly at (573) 445-8531. Reservations must be made prior to November 8, 2007 to guarantee the discounted room rate. Please remember to ask for the MTCCCA discounted rate.
